How to Enter Time in Your Time Card.
- In the browser of your choice, navigate to the following URL;
https://adpeet2.adp.com/102hy3p/htmlnavigator/logon
You can find a quick link, e-time, at the top of the main Norwich University Sharepoint page (MyDot).
- Enter your username and password for the eTime web service. While your username will be the same, the password is not your Norwich password. HR should have sent you an invite to eTime with a temporary password. Should you forget your password, please get in touch with HR, IT cannot reset this item.
- After you complete authentication, if you have employees to manage, please click on the plus to the right of your summary. In the drop-down that appears, select "My information."
- Your time card should look something like this;
- Your hours should be entered as In and Out on the corresponding days you work. When entering the data, please enter the information in the 24hr time format. While morning hours are not as important, you must enter four digits for every hour worked after 1200. Accordingly, if you worked from 2:10 PM until 5:00 PM, the in punch would be 1410, and the out would be 1700.
- At the end of each two-week period, when you have accurately entered your work hours, you need to click the “Approve timecard” in the upper right of the display. Don’t panic. If you accidentally click it, you can undo it. While you do not need to click it for me to sign off on your hours worked, I will assume that all hours entered, including no hours entered, are accurate for that time period. If you fail to input your time accurately and properly, we can remedy this issue, but it may end up being added to your next paycheck.
