How to Run a Virus Scan (Norwich PC's)
This guide will run a user through the Cisco AMP Virus Scan process
If you are ever concerned that you may have downloaded a virus onto your Norwich PC, please run a virus scan immediately, using Cisco AMP For Endpoints. The following steps will take you through the process.
1) Open File Explorer. 
2) Right-click on 'This PC'. 
3) Select 'Cisco Secure Endpoint,' and on the subsequent menu option that appears, please select 'Scan Now'.
4) The scan will run and will send the results back to Norwich ITS and Cisco. You might not see any output (i.e. 'Scan was completed' or '3 vulnerabilities found'). Regardless of the output being generated, a report will be sent directly to the Information Security team.
