Ironscales Report Email Button

If you receive an email that seems suspicious or looks like a phishing attempt, use the "Report Email" button in your inbox. This button is part of our Ironscales email security system and helps keep everyone safe. When you click it, the message is sent to our security team for review—no need to reply or take further action. Reporting suspicious emails helps stop threats faster and protects you and your co workers.

The above icon will appear in your email and will allow you to report email:

Once clicked it will allow you to classify what you think the email is and why you are reporting it.

I don’t see the Report Email button

New Outlook Client Windows / Outlook for the Web :

Both the New Outlook Windows Client and the Outlook on the Web are the same.

In an email, at the top, by the reply, reply all, and forward buttons, a square with four squares in it, click that:

A menu like the one below will show up and the Report Email button will appear.

After using it a bit, you will start to see it just show up in the bar next to all the other icons, see below:

Classic Outlook Client Windows :

The top Ribbon of Outlook itself should have a Report Email button. Depending on how many Apps you have in Outlook, you might need to click a small arrow to see the other Apps, where the Report Email App will appear.

Outlook Client Mac :

You might not see the Report Email button on the Mac Client as it might need to be added to your toolbar. You can customize the toolbar by clicking on the three dots at the end of the toolbar and finding the Report Email Add-in and just dragging it up on the toolbar where you prefer it to be located.
