How to map your Jobsub folder, Windows.

Jobsub folder is where the output of your Banner jobs and processes reside.  After you run a job in Banner, the output is placed in a folder that you can access. You can access the folder in multiple ways.  Regardless of how you access it, you must be on a Norwich domain tied machine, or a Staff Pool virtual machine.

Option 1-

1. Open File Explorer in Windows.
2. In the address bar of the window, enter the address \\banjobs\jobsub\(username)

3. Drag the icon at the right of the address bar to your desktop so that you have a shortcut to the share going forward.

Option 2-

1. Open a new File Explorer window.
2. Click on "This PC" in the left hand column.

3. Select "Map Network Drive" from the ribbon under Computer

4. Select an available letter to map the location to. In this example we have defaulted to Z:. Type in the address \\banjobs\jobsub\(username) where usernme is you Norwich username.

5. Click finish at the bottom right.
6. The drive and folder location will now show in your navigation pane, in the left hand column of your File Explorer.
