AirPrint for iPad in Office 365 iOS Applications

  1. Open/Create the document you wish to print in any of the Office 365 iOS Applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  2. In the top left of the screen you will see an icon that looks like a piece of paper with three dots in front of it. Select this icon

  1. A menu will populate your “File” options. You will see the option to print. Select this option

  1. You will then have a choice to print either through AirPrint or a local printer. Select AirPrint

  1. Your print options menu will open and you will see a few different options. Select the field where it says “Printer”

  1. You will then be brought to a menu where all of the AirPrint available printers on campus will automatically populate. Select the printer closest to your location.

  1. You will then be brought back to your print options menu, finish selecting the print options you would like and select the option for “Print” in the top right of the print options menu.

  1. After clicking "Print" after selecting the device, you will have to enter your Norwich username (shortname) and current password.  The printer will remain in your printers that show up when you select the print option in the future. If you connect to it after a password change you can update the password stored for the printer by updating your credentials after selecting the information icon.
  2. Your document will print out at the printer you selected.
