How to: Downlad Files for Offline View in OneDrive on IPadOS

  1. Open OneDrive

  1. Go to the file you want to save offline and tap the three dots on the right

  1. Tap "Make Available Offline"

  1. To view all of your offline files, go to your initials on the top left of the app

  1. Tap on “Offline Files”

  1. You will see all the files you have saved offline here
