How to: Sign and Fill in Foxit PDF Editor

  1. Open the Foxit App
  2. Tap on the files icon on the left menu, then “On This iPad”. Tap on the Files folder on the right side. You will need to have your OneDrive linked to your Files App on your iPad in order to access those files. You can see how to do that here.
  3. In the document, at the top Tap Fill & Sign
  4. Tap on the pen icon at the top. A menu will pop up allowing you to add a signature, add one then tap save in the top right.


  5. Once out of that menu, tap where you want the signature to go and size it to fit the field.
  6. If you want to add more signatures, tap on the pen icon once more. You will see a list of previous signatures used. You can tap “Create” in the top right to add more.
