  1. In your browser of choice, please navigate to the Norwich SSO page. Complete authentication with your Norwich email address.

  1. On the Launch Pad, please click TeamDynamix.

  1. Click on Service Catalog.

  1. Accounts and Access

  1. Request Service
  2. The Requester and Acct/Dept. should be filled in the new window.
  3. Create a title. For faster service, the term "Employee Access Request" may help process the ticket faster.
  4. Type of Request you should select "Account/Access Modification.
  5. The account type is Employee.

  1. In Name, please start typing the Employee's email, and the search function should automatically fill.

  1. The Resources checkboxes create tasks for each of the different groups in IT that manage those services.
  2. Requested Permissions apply to Banner and Argos grants. Any data there, though, regarding the other services would help.  You can request specific forms, or grants and permissions on par with another specific employee. 
  3. In the description box, you can provide a narrative regarding when the work-study Student should start or what other resources they may need.

  1. Finally, select the Source, "Client Portal," and click "Request."

Shortly after clicking request, the Student in question receives an email asking them to complete the NDA form. After they digitally sign the document in DynamicForms, the help desk is alerted and starts the process of providing the needed permissions.
