How to Find Your Computer's MAC Address

Click the
Start Menu Button
in the lower left
Your cursor will already be in the search box. Type "
cmd
" and press
Enter
.
When the Command Line opens, type:
ipconfig /all
Press
Enter
.
Look for the MAC address you want to use. It will display information about every adapter connected to your computer.
The
Physical Address
is the MAC address.
If you're not sure which Physical Address you need, you can always
take a screenshot
and attach it to your ticket using the Attachment field.

Click the
Apple
button in the upper left corner.
Select
System Preferences
, or
System Settings
on MacOS
Ventura
or higher.
Click
Network
.
On the left, be sure to select the connection you are currently using. It will have a green circle next to it.
Click the
Advanced
button in the lower right.
Click the
Hardware
tab.
The MAC address will be listed at the top.
