How to Find Your Computer's MAC Address

- Click the Start Menu Button in the lower left
- Your cursor will already be in the search box. Type "cmd" and press Enter.
- When the Command Line opens, type:
ipconfig /all
- Press Enter.
- Look for the MAC address you want to use. It will display information about every adapter connected to your computer.
- The Physical Address is the MAC address.
- If you're not sure which Physical Address you need, you can always take a screenshot and attach it to your ticket using the Attachment field.
macOS
- Click the Apple button in the upper left corner.
- Select System Preferences, or System Settings on MacOS Ventura or higher.
- Click Network.
- On the left, be sure to select the connection you are currently using. It will have a green circle next to it.
- Click the Advanced button in the lower right.
- Click the Hardware tab.
- The MAC address will be listed at the top.
