On Campus Events

When planning and hosting a conference or event, please make sure that all parties are up-to-date in regards to event planning and changes. Communication is key. Please start an email chain and cc all parties that need to be included. Here are some potential useful contacts:

• Facilities have their own TDX ticket, which can also be found as an 'app' on the Norwich MyApps page, found at http://sso.norwich.edu (the icon is show below). Facilities is responsible for tables, chairs, stage, curtains, lights, sound, and general setup.
  
• Sodexo: Food and alcohol services
• IT User Support Services: Projection and computer services.  You can submit tickets through TDX 
• Public Safety: Parking and signage
