Giving others access to your Calendar

 

 

In the Calendar, click on Share on the Toolbar (see Figure 1).

Choose the person(s) you wish to give access to and what access you would like for them to have (see Figures 2 and 3).

Click on the Share button (see Figure 2).

 

The recipient will receive an email (see Figure 4).

The user should respond appropriately and they will now have access to the owner’s calendar.
