When a user is trying to create a new Norwich password, Office365 does not provide insight into if you have met the criteria. Here is a more comprehensive list of the password rules;

• Minimum characters 14
• Maximum characters 30
• Minimum letters 5
• Must contain no less than three of the four character types, Uppercase letters (A, B, C,...), Lowercase letters (a, b, c,...), Numbers (1, 2, 3,...) and Special characters (!, @, #,...)
• Cannot have more than 3 consecutive repeated characters
• Cannot contain any fragment of your account ID more than 3 characters long
• Cannot contain any fragment of your display name more than 3 characters long
• Norwich, and permutations of the word Norwich with character replacement, n0rw1ch, etc.... is not allowed.
