Change your Password using the Microsoft SSO Portal

Use this method to change your password if you do not have a Norwich issued laptop or desktop using Office portal:
1.    Sign in to your Office 365 account, using your existing password.
2.    Select your profile on the upper-right side, and then select View account.
3.    Select Security & privacy > Password.
4.    Type your old password, create and confirm your new password, and then select Submit.

TIP

Your new password must meet certain requirements. Your password must be at least 14 characters. It must contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and at least one symbol. Passwords can be sentences. If you include proper capitalization, include a number and a symbol, you have a strong, easy to remember password.

NOTE
If you have a Norwich issued laptop or desktop, it is strongly recommended that you follow the steps outlined in "Resetting Your Norwich Password (Norwich PC's)" knowledge base article, otherwise you may experience password synchronization issues.
