For Norwich employees with a Norwich-owned Windows PC only!
1) Before you reset your password, please connect to the Norwich VPN using your current password. Instructions on how to do so can be found here.
2) After you connect to the VPN, please visit this link: ‘https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=norwich.edu’ in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and follow the prompts.
3) Lock your computer. You can do this by clicking on the Windows symbol on your screen or keyboard, clicking your user profile picture, and selecting 'Lock'.

4) Once back at the login screen, attempt to log in using your new password. If it does not work, you may have to log back in using your old password, re-lock your device, and try again. This may take up to three tries. If this takes more tries, please notify User Support Services at 802-485-2456.
