How to connect to your jobsub folder using Mac OS.
The Norwich computer community is diverse with some members on Windows machines, some on Apple devices, and some using mobile devices. The following document will show how users on MacOS device can connect to their jobsub folder.
1. Make Finder the active application on your device. To the right of the Apple symbol in the menu bar it should say “Finder.”
2. Click on “Go,” in the menu bar.
3. Select “Connect to server at the bottom of the Go dropdown.
4. In the new window that appears please enter the address smb://banjobs.norwich.edu/jobsub/(your_username)
After clicking connect you will see the next box.
5. Please click Connect again.
6. You want to make sure you have selected “Registered User,” and enter your username, not email address, and your current Norwich password. Again, click on the Connect button.
**If you choose to save you password in your Keychain you will have to delete it from Keychain Access after your next password change.**
7. Under locations you will now see a Banjobs item. This is your jobsub folder.
