Edit PDFs in the iOS Books App

In order to import a file into the books app, you will need to link your OneDrive to the Files app. You can find out how to do that here.

  1. Open the Files app

 

 

 

  1. Go to the PDF you want to open in books

 

  1. Open the File, in the top right tap on “Open in Books”

  1. When the file opens, in the top right tap on the markup tool

  1. On the dock that pops up you can write, create shapes, add a signature, and create text

 

  1. To add a signature, a box will pop up to create a signature. Hit Done

  1. You can transform and move the signature anywhere you need it

 

  1. To add text, a box will appear with the words “Text” on it, tap on it and it will allow you to edit the box. You can transform it and move it wherever you need it
