Mobility Print for Windows

In conjunction with our Vendors, Norwich University has examined the continued issues related to the Web Print system and decided to replace the product.  We are now asking students with Windows and Chrome machines to use the following helper app, Mobility Print, to be the conduit for printing.  The instructions below are for the installation of the app on Windows.  The Chrome install is similar.  We ask Apple users to use AirPrint going forward.

1. Make sure you are connected to the Norwich WIFI.  If you are on the network, Guest, you may not experience the same behaviors.
2. Navigate to the URL http://PrintserverMP:9163/setup

3. Please click the green button, “Download Mobility Print.”

4. Run the .exe file from your download location. 
5. To select Language, click OK.

6. Enter your Norwich username and password.

7. You will now be presented with a list of all printers available on campus.  Click on the printers you would like to add to your device.
8. When the installation is complete, your will click on "Finish."
9. In the future, when you print, use the printer drop-down to select the printers you added.
