Zoom Phone Business Hours

Is your Zoom phone or app ringing outside your work hours? This is likely annoying for both you and whoever is trying to call. Thankfully, Zoom has a Business Hours setting to limit when your phone rings. 

  1. Log into the Norwich SSO page.
  2. Select the Zoom app from the Launchpad.

  1. Select Sign in.

  1. Select Phone in the left-hand column.

 

  1. Under the settings tab, scroll down to Call Handling.

  1. When you click edit, you will first select “Custom Hours,”

  1. From here, you can edit the hours your phone will ring

Note: Calls during Closed Hours will be treated as unanswered and directed to your voicemail.
