How To: Change Your Voicemail PIN in Zoom

To view, set, or reset your Zoom Phone voicemail PIN, follow the steps below.

Zoom App:

  1. Go to your profile icon (or gear) in the upper right corner > Settings 
  2. Select Phone from the left-hand sidebar
  3. On the right-hand side of the window, in small font directly under "Calling Information," click My Account Online.
  4. Sign in with your Norwich email and password.
  5. Select Phone from the left-hand sidebar
  6. Scroll down to the Desk Phone section, and find PIN Code, then select Show or Edit
  7. From here, you can view or reset your current PIN

Zoom Portal:

  1. Go the the Zoom portal https://norwich-edu.zoom.us
  2. Sign in with your Norwich email and password.
  3. Select Phone from the left-hand sidebar
  4. Scroll down to the Desk Phone section, and find PIN Code, then select Show or Edit
  5. From here, you can view or reset your current PIN
NOTE: in order to call into your voicemail inbox from a different phone, you must first select "Allow callers to check voicemail" in your phone settings which can be found if you scroll up to the call handling section under settings.
