How to map your Jobsub folder, Windows.
Jobsub folder is where the output of your Banner jobs and processes reside. After you run a job in Banner, the output is placed in a folder that you can access. You can access the folder in multiple ways. Regardless of how you access it, you must be on a Norwich domain tied machine, or a Staff Pool virtual machine.
Option 1-
- Open File Explorer in Windows.
- In the address bar of the window, enter the address \\banjobs\jobsub\(username)

- Drag the icon at the right of the address bar to your desktop so that you have a shortcut to the share going forward.

Option 2-
- Open a new File Explorer window.
- Click on "This PC" in the left hand column.

- Select "Map Network Drive" from the ribbon under Computer

- Select an available letter to map the location to. In this example we have defaulted to Z:. Type in the address \\banjobs\jobsub\(username) where usernme is you Norwich username.

- Click finish at the bottom right.
- The drive and folder location will now show in your navigation pane, in the left hand column of your File Explorer.
