Outlook Support for Android

Microsoft announced on February 17, 2022, that starting May 23, 2022, all Android users will have to make sure users update their devices to a minimum of Android 8. If the device user has not updated their device, they will not be able to use Outlook for Android or upgrade the Outlook app. If you are on Android 7.1 or older, you will not be able to update the Outlook application, and it will not be able to connect to the Exchange Active Sync servers.  If you are having issues with your Android-based phone retrieving email, please start by verifying that the version of Android is 8.0 or higher.
