- We are trying to force the Cisco Terms of Service window to open. When you see the Cisco Terms of Service window, scroll to the bottom until the button on the bottom right turns blue, allowing you to click it.
- Once you are connected to the ‘guest’ network, or to your phone’s hotspot, go to wifi.norwich.edu in your browser

- Click the ‘JoinNow’ button to start the download for the “WiFi_Norwich_University_Wrapper.exe” app

- Once the file has finished downloading, click ‘Open file’

- You may be prompted to allow admin access from the ‘User Account Control’ Windows service, click yes to open the app
- After you allow the app to run, it may not pop up in front of all the other apps open on your computer. Look for the flashing icon in your task bar and click it to bring it to the front.
- Once you see the app, click ‘Next’

- You will be prompted to authenticate your Norwich Microsoft account.
- The certificate and Wi-Fi profile will be installed, and your computer should start to connect to the Norwich network automatically

The certificate will be active for 5 years, unless you need to reset the device you installed it on or if you leave the university.
