You may be wondering what will happen to your Norwich account, your access to it, and how to ensure a smooth transition, digitally, out of Norwich University.
As of March 2023, the university's policy is that your account will be disabled 60 days after the last day of your last registered term. Once your account is disabled, you will lose all access to your "@norwich.edu" and "@stu.norwich.edu" email. Also, when your account is disabled you will lose access to all services that require your Norwich account to log in, including:
There are actions you can take now to prep for your digital departure to help make your exit as smooth as possible.
You can review and take action on these steps BEFORE the time comes for your account to be disabled. It is recommended that you begin this process as soon as your last term has ended, or AT LEAST 30 days out from the expected date of your account deactivation.
