What is Affected
60 days after graduating, your account access will be removed from accessing Banner Web. You will lose access to the Banner web portal and Degree Works. In addition, you will lose the ability to generate an unofficial transcript and now must request an Official Transcript.
Update personal contact information in Banner:
Make sure to update all personal account information so that it is current. Including secondary email and phone number.
This can be done by going Banner Web at sso.norwich.edu.
Once logged in navigate to Personal Information.
Click on Update E-mail Addresses to update secondary email
Click on Update Addresses and Phone to update address and phone numbers
If you need an Official Transcript
To request an official transcript, you will need to use Parchment. Parchment can be reached by clicking
here
