After completing Authentication at the
SSO page
, click on the circle with your picture or initials in the upper right.
Select “View Account” from the drop-down menu.
Click on “Security info.”
Click on “Add sign-in method.”
Select the new Method of MFA you wish to add.
NOTICE: PHONE NUMBER AND SMS AUTHENTICATION WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED IN THE NEAR FUTURE (JANUARY 2023 OR EARLIER)
Select "Authenticator app."
After selecting "Authenticator app," you will be guided first through downloading and installing the Authenticator on your device.
It will be necessary to click next twice to get to the QR code.
When you have the QR code on your computer screen, please open the app on your phone.
Please click on the + or gear in the Authenticator app's upper right.
From the new menu, please select add new work or school account.
Select "Scan QR code."
If prompted, please allow the app to access your camera.
Scan the QR code on your screen.
Click next on the computer screen, and you will be asked to enter the displayed code and click enter.
Success! You have now added the Authenticator app to your Methods of Authentication.
