Email Signature DO’S AND DON’TS
- Do follow the email signature template.
- Don’t alter or embellish the email signature.
- Don’t alter or add embellishments to the logo.
- Do Keep it simple, including only essential information in three to eight lines.
- Do include simple URLs (without the “https://www”).
- Do include only the approved email logo.
- Don’t include logos that are not approved.
- Don’t include tag lines or quotes; they may be considered University-wide statements.
